Job summary

A Singapore-based trading company is seeking an HR and Account Executive to handle diverse responsibilities including HR matters, accounting tasks, and inventory management. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, along with fluency in English and Mandarin. Candidates with a diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience are preferred for this full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR or full set of accounts in a trading company.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Handle human resource matters.
  • Manage partial or full set of accounts including import and export.
  • Control and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
  • Manage inventory data.

Singapore-based trading company representing international labels such as CHRISTY, MARTEX, CHARLES MILLEN, SUZANNE SOBELLE, THE GANG. TSURU and MILTON HOME.


Import diverse range of lifestyle products from all over the world and distribute them in Singapore's reputable departmental stores.


Lifestyle products include Home Fashion items such as Bed linen, Bath Linen (Towels, Mats, Area Rugs, Bedroom Slippers) Tableware and more.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle human resource matters
  • Handle partial / full set of account (includes import & export)
  • AR & AP control and reconciliation
  • Inventory data management

Requirements:

  • Immediate availability is preferred. Full-time permanent position
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR or partial/full set of account in trading company
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Pleasant, with high level of integrity and willing to multitask
  • Mature, organized and meticulous with an eye for detail

- Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
