Job description

1. THE ROLE


The individual will be reporting to the director based in Singapore, primarily responsible for the Finance and Human Resource function of the company.


This role is for experienced personnel with accounting knowledge.


2. JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Finance Accounting

  • Manage daily operations of the finance department.
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payables and receivables.
  • Manage accounts receivables and payables.
  • Responsible for the full set of accounts.
  • Responsible for monthly accounts reconciliation and month-end closing reports.
  • Responsible for quarterly GST submission.
  • Prepare cash flow report.
  • Manage general ledgers including assets listing and others.
  • Complete bank entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Attend to auditor's queries and prepare necessary information/schedules/reports as required.
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

HR

  • Prepare monthly payroll, CPF, and yearly IR8A submission.
  • Handle the HR documentation and records.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Able to handle full set accounts.
  • Experience and Proficient in MYOB accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
  • Good communication skills, independent and proactive.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately.
