Job description

Location: Lavender (7 mins walk from MRT)
Working Hours: Hybrid Arrangement
Salary: $3,500 – $4,200 (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounts cum HR Admin to join our team! This is a dual-role position where you will manage the full set of accounts, support HR operations, and handle general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, GST submission, and month-end closing
  • Prepare CPF, IRAS, and MOM submissions
  • Record transactions using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks
  • Support year-end financial audits
  • Support cross-border finance operations by communicating with counterparts in regional offices.

HR & Admin

  • Assist with payroll processing and employee claims
  • Maintain HR records and employee data
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and work pass applications
  • Manage office supplies, filing, and general admin duties

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Familiar with local HR practices and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, MOM)
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
