Job description

About the Role:

  1. Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office inventory, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  2. Manage event schedules, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure accurate booking details are recorded. Address any issues that arise during the event planning or execution.
  3. Handle incoming communications (calls, emails), prepare reports, and maintain office records (both physical and digital).
  4. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office and event-related needs to ensure seamless execution and high standards.
  5. Assist with office-related expenses, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

About You:

  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage
