- Manage the full sets accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain financial schedule and answer auditor queries
- In charge of HR matters, e.g. recruitment, payroll, employee income tax
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team
- Assist in Funds claim submission
- Assist in any other ad hoc duty assigned by Director
What we're looking for
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts and administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of financial accounting principles, procedures, and software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Proficient in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Self-driven, highly energetic and committed individual who can work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in MS office
- Ability to multi task
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
