Working Days: 5 Days

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts cum Admin Manager to oversee our financial and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain financial schedules and ensure all supporting documents are in order for audit purposes.
  • Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit queries promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of fund claims.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and support any administrative processes.
  • Manage HR-related matters such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee income tax submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in accordance with MOM regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore’s tax, accounting, and employment regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
