Job description

Working location: Tanjong Pagar

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Salary: up to $3,200

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate with all departments ensuring all work functions smoothly.
  • Handle phone calls and serve beverages as needed.
  • General filing and filtering of all incoming letters.
  • Keep track of and order stationeries and pantry items.
  • Check and book air tickets and hotels.
  • Handle staff claims, entertainment, overseas travel expenses claims, and data entry.
  • Handle accounts receivable, update records, and deposit cheques.
  • Follow up on A/R outstanding; liaise with sales personnel for all overdue payments.
  • Tabulate Excel for overseas suppliers’ freight charges, telephone, and petrol charges.
  • Maintain and prepare stock inventory reports using Excel.
  • SAP data entry for sundry expenses.
  • Check and tally entries for quarterly GST reports.
  • Assist in month-end closing accounts.
  • Support in yearly audits.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior/manager.
Requirement:
  • At least GCE A level or Diploma Qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Preferably a few years of admin cum accounts experience.
