Job description

Accounts cum Admin Executive

Salary: From $2,500



We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our Finance Department. This role involves handling a full spectrum of accounting and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing activities and supplier as well as transport coordination
  • Handle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and supplier payments
  • Process monthly overtime and payroll accurately and on time
  • Prepare and maintain project costing reports
  • Manage petty cash and verify staff claims
  • Monitor daily bank cash flow and perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable: monitor Statement of Accounts (SOA), update receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
  • Support the preparation of accounts for audit
  • Carry out general administrative duties and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Prior experience with WhyzeHR, QuickBooks, and AutoCount is required
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and good time management
  • A responsible team player who is also able to work independently and take initiative
  • Must be willing to work a 6-day week and occasionally stay beyond office hours to complete routine or urgent tasks
