Job Description / Requirements

• Prepare trade/shipment invoices daily, email to customers for payment including overdue notices, scan invoices for billing, and mail copies to customers by post.
• Monitor billings, update daily journal entries & postings, GST data, and have knowledge of simple accounting.
• Prepare four types of reports for management: sales closing by country, purchasing report, stock adjustment report, and excel debtors outstanding balance report.
• Assist with fixed assets physical check and stock take activities monthly.
• Additional partial accounting duties may be assigned by the senior accountants and admin manager as needed.
• Possibly able to start work by mid-March 2025.
