Job description

We are looking for an Accounts cum Admin Assistant for a 12-month contract based in Singapore, responsible for office administrative & clerical support and maintaining accurate up-to-date accounting master data related to vendor and charge codes, while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Other responsibilities (not limited to) include:

  1. Accounting Master Data Maintenance (70%)
  • Manage, create and update charge codes in the financial system, ensuring accuracy for billing and expense tracking.
  • Create and maintain vendor master data, verifying details and processing updates in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes and financial regulations.
  • Support audit requests related to master data records and assist in reconciliations when required.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in charge codes and vendor records.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  1. General Administrative Support (30%)
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department.
  • Manage office maintenance needs, coordinating with vendors for repairs and upkeep.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and procurement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and handling general office inquiries.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have basic to intermediate experience and knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite with good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will also have:

  • Time management skills and ability to plan & organise with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team member and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Willingness to constantly update knowledge in a dynamic environment.
  • Good keyboard and data entry skills and attention to detail.
