Job Description:

As a Full Set Accountant Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our financial processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Accounts Management:

- Efficient handling of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

- Performing thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reports.

2. Reporting and Analysis:

- Preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports.

- Analyzing accounting data to support decision-making processes.

3. Payment Processing:

- Overseeing payment transactions and updates.

- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.

4. Data Integrity:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records within the Xero system.

- Implementing checks and balances to ensure data integrity in financial records.

5. Collaboration and Support:

- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as sales, administration, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive financial strategy.

- Assisting in external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support.

6. Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

- Taking on administrative or additional tasks as required, showing flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
