Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experiencedAccounts cum Admin Executiveto manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, preferably within the wellness, spa, or beauty industry, and be capable of handling both finance and administrative duties efficiently.

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage full-set accounting, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.

  • Handle GST submissions, monthly/quarterly/annual closings, and tax computations.

  • Reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

  • Prepare budget forecasts, financial statements, and balance sheets.

  • Monitor cash flow, process bank payments, and ensure timely transactions.

  • Report monthly financial performance (P&L) to management.

  • Maintain accurate stock, inventory records, and company assets.

  • UtilizeMYOBor other accounting software proficiently.

Administrative & HR Support

  • Assist in general office administration and HR-related tasks.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

  • Support company operations with procurement and logistics coordination.

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and company initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree inAccounting, Finance, or relevant field.

  • Minimum2-3 years of accounting experience(experience inwellness, spa, or beauty industry is a plus).

  • Proficient inMYOB, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and MS Office.

  • Knowledge ofGST, tax filings, and financial reporting.

  • Experience ininventory management and stock control.

  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and a team player.

  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
