Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experiencedAccounts cum Admin Executiveto manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, preferably within the wellness, spa, or beauty industry, and be capable of handling both finance and administrative duties efficiently.
Accounting & Finance
Manage full-set accounting, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Handle GST submissions, monthly/quarterly/annual closings, and tax computations.
Reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Prepare budget forecasts, financial statements, and balance sheets.
Monitor cash flow, process bank payments, and ensure timely transactions.
Report monthly financial performance (P&L) to management.
Maintain accurate stock, inventory records, and company assets.
UtilizeMYOBor other accounting software proficiently.
Administrative & HR Support
Assist in general office administration and HR-related tasks.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Support company operations with procurement and logistics coordination.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and company initiatives as required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree inAccounting, Finance, or relevant field.
Minimum2-3 years of accounting experience(experience inwellness, spa, or beauty industry is a plus).
Proficient inMYOB, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and MS Office.
Knowledge ofGST, tax filings, and financial reporting.
Experience ininventory management and stock control.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a team player.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
