About the RoleAs an Accounts & Costing Executive, you’ll oversee essential financial and costing functions, including month-end and year-end closures, cost accounting, and variance analysis. Your insights will directly support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. You’ll collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and support digitalization for sustainable growth.

• Position: Accounts & Costing Executive
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Jurong Island, Singapore (Transport provided by company)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
• Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,500 per month
• Bonus Rewards: AWS and performance-related bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage monthly and yearly closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Reconcile complex accounts such as bank accounts, payables, and receivables
• Prepare financial reports (balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements)
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Maintain accurate cost records and monitor production and inventory costs
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and depreciation schedules
• Support quarterly GST submissions and audit tasks
• Work with IT and other teams to implement digital solutions for efficiency

• Educational Background: Degree in Accounting or a similar qualification
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting and costing

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
