ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (5 DAYS WEEK)

Job Description

  1. Handle full set of accounts
  2. Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and report to Directors on AR Listing
  3. Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers
  4. Manage Revenue & Receivable accounting and Internal Audit functions
  5. Answer customer phone calls and reply to client emails
  6. Ensure accurate and timely closing of ledger systems on a monthly basis
  7. Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
  8. Prepare monthly installments within the stipulated time
  9. Prepare audit schedules and relevant documents for audits
  10. Check admin close files entries thoroughly
  11. Guide new staff on system usage
  12. Liaise with auditors on queries and provide documentation
  13. Calculate sales commissions

Job Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  2. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
  3. Good communication skills
