Accounts Asssistant

About the role

Cal-Comp Precision (Singapore) Limited is seeking a talented Accounts Assistant to join our team in our Macpherson office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance department and ensuring the smooth running of our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Handle Account Receivable and General Ledger function
2. Data-entry and preparation of invoice for payment
3. Monitor account to ensure payments are up to date
4. Prepare monthly accrual schedule
5. Assist with month-end closing
6. Assist in other relevant accounting work as required
7. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Diploma/ LCCI Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
4. Independent, pro-active and a team player
5. Able to start work within a short notice preferred
