Summary

As an Accounts Associate at our accounting firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and reconciling accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide them with accurate and timely financial information. Job Scope

1. Data entries of accounting transactions for clients’ companies;
2. Closing of accounts and preparation of management accounts for clients;
3. Bank Reconciliation
4. Compilation of required reports and schedules for audit;
5. Computation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) for clients’ companies;
6. Perform payroll calculations and preparation of the required payroll reports and returns;
7. Drafting of resolutions and legal documents;
8. Other assignments and special projects.

Job Requirements
