Accounts Assistant (Temp to Perm)

Job description

a) In charge of the multi-currency accounts receivable sub-ledger.

b) Liaise with Company’s debtors and credit control functions.

c) Manage all Company billings, including printing of invoices for daily shipment, filling of invoices, delivery orders and air-way bills as well as dispatching monthly statement of accounts.

d) Manage all payments in timely and accurate manner.

e) Maintain proper records in both AP and AR scope.

f) Carry out any other duties assigned by the Accountant.
