A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a professional to manage a full set of accounts and assist in HR functions. The candidate must have at least three years of experience in accounting and be able to communicate in Mandarin. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing employee records, and supporting budget functions. A diploma or degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Salary ranges from $3000 to $4000 depending on experience.
Important: Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees.
Accounts:
Assist in handling full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and month-end closing.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow updates.
Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and maintain fixed asset schedules.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in GST reports, CPF submissions, and other tax-related matters.
Support inventory and stock accounting.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
HR:
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
Handle renewal of employee work permits and liaise with MOM for applications or changes.
Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Manage leave records, claims, and employee benefits.
Support HR policies and staff engagement activities.
Others:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc finance/HR duties.
Requirements:
Immediate availability is preferred. Full-Time permanent position
Min Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
Salary range of $3000 to $4000 depending on experience
Work Location: Jurong West/Pioneer - Kian Teck Way (Nearest Train Station Pioneer MRT Station)
