At Swimwerks Asia Pte Ltd, we are passionate about developing confident swimmers and building a thriving aquatic community. As an Accounts Assistant , you’ll support the financial operations of our academy and contribute to maintaining its financial health.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic accounts and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments via email or messages to ensure timely collection.
  • Respond to finance-related queries and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Tabulate and finalise staff monthly overtime hours.
  • Process payments to vendors and service providers.
  • Oversee and process staff claims.
  • Verify monthly timesheets against the working rosters.
  • Perform accurate data entry into our accounting system.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
