Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle duties related to accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice and payment processing.
• Conduct daily cash balancing between outlet sales and bank deposits.
• Assist in tagging and tracking of newly acquired fixed assets.
• Manage petty cash reimbursements and claims from retail stores.

Requirements:

• LCCI and above
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in the F&B/Retail industry.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Team-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Salary: $2,600 to $3,500
