Jobs Description
- Responsible for partial AR and AP functions.
- Reconcile daily cash deposits from outlets against bank statements.
- Collect outlet documents from external dispatch and check for missing documents.
- Assist in tagging new fixed assets when required.
- Process store petty cash claims.
- Process AP trade invoices and payments.
Requirement
- O'Levels, LCCI, and Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately.
- 5 working days per week.
- Candidates with experience will be shortlisted for an Executive position.
