Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate accounting records for all financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts
  • Perform monthly and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper allocation of financial resources and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • O-level school leavers or fresh polytechnic graduates (on-the-job training will be provided).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices (for those with experience).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
