Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records for all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts
- Perform monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper allocation of financial resources and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- O-level school leavers or fresh polytechnic graduates (on-the-job training will be provided).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices (for those with experience).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
