The ideal candidate will handle cash flow management and liaise with external parties, ensuring a smooth financial operation. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel is required, along with a diploma in accounting and relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in accounting position.
  • Experience with financial reporting, audits, and tax filings.
  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.

Job description

We are looking for candidates with either partial or full set accounts experience. The office is located in Raffles Place area with a cozy team as well as a nice working environment.


Accounts Executive


Job Description

  • Maintain full set of accounts and management reports for different clients.
  • Perform data entry and reconciliation of client bank statements.
  • Monitor loan covenant with different banks.
  • In-charge of cash flow management.
  • Prepare financial reporting to related partners - monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Prepare GST submission.
  • Handle year-end closing and Financial Reporting.
  • Liaise with company secretary, tax agent, auditor and bankers etc.
  • Assist with setting up & striking off company with company secretary.
  • Involve in forecast and budget process.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Proficient in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks
  • Experience with financial reporting, audits, tax filings and budgeting
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial modelling and data analysis
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • At least 3 Year(s) experience in accounting position
