We are seeking an Accounts Assistant/Executive to join our dynamic team at Alchemist Works Pte. Ltd. Based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, this is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a range of accounting tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliations
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial processes are efficient and compliant

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably within the Accounting industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (i.e. Quickbooks)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
