  • Handle bank reconciliations and GST submissions.

Job description

  • Position : Accounts Assistant (Bank Reconciliation/ AP/ GST/ MYOB) - URGENT
  • Location : Ang Mo Kio Street
  • Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Beauty and Wellness Industry


Main Responsibilities:
  • Update and Monitor Daily Sales Collection /Sales Analysis/ Receivables into MYOB/ Monitor Consumption Report
  • Petty Cash
  • Post Sales Journal
  • Verify figures in Daily Sales Summary
  • Prepare and Post Journal for Depreciation on Fixed Assets
  • Full Sets of Accounts into MYOB (from entering of data to Management Reports)
  • Bank Reconciliation for all banks
  • Check commission report
  • Prepare GST submission
  • Post Journal entries for payment of GST
  • Walk through the whole processes of audit for each entity
  • Prepare Payments (Accounts Payable)
  • Banking Facilities (Visa, Master, IPP, NETS, GrabPay, PayLah!, PayNow)
  • Requisite and handles distribution of office stationery
  • Any other duties and projects as assigned by the Managers or Directors


Requirements:
  • Possess Diploma in accounting with 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in using MYOB Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
  • Can start immediately.
