EMERALD SYNERGY MATERIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations.

You will handle AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore GST and IRAS rules, using AutoCount Accounting Software. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting or related field, at least 2 years of Singapore accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work

Formación

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore preferred.
Hands-on experience with AutoCount Accounting Software is essential.
Good working knowledge of Singapore GST, IRAS requirements, and accounting procedures.
Familiarity with AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, journals, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
Prepare quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations.
Process invoices and use AutoCount for journal entries, reports, and stock reconciliation.
Monitor outstanding payments, prepare SOA and ageing reports for debtors and creditors.
Assist in monthly/ quarterly financial reporting and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
