The role involves various accounting tasks including accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger responsibilities, alongside administrative duties such as liaising with clients and suppliers. Salary | Up to $3000, depends on performance.
Work Details | Monday to Friday | 9am to 630pm

Responsibilities:
Accounting Data entry
Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Account Payable & General Ledger
To liaise with supplier / forwarder for imports, shipments losses / survey & cost verification
Assist in preparation and closing of management accounts reporting.
Responsible for quarterly reports & GST submission
Co-ordination and support of year end audits, tax filing and company secretarial matter.
Communication to clients, brokers, insurers, auditors, and tax agents
General office administration duties
Process staff reimbursement and claim forms.
Oversee the contracts and documentations of the operations.
Liaise with customers, shipping agents & terminal operators.
Provide regular update to HQ.
Computer skill and knowledge of relevant software
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
