A leading company in tile supply is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage various accounting duties including AR, AP, and GL. The role offers a salary of up to SGD 3,300 and includes benefits like annual bonus, medical leaves, and 14 days annual leave. Candidates should hold a Nitec in Accounting and have at least one year of relevant experience, with bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
Position : Accounts Assistant (adhoc admin duties) – Up To $3,300 - Defu Lane
Location: North East – Defu Lane Industrial Park
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $3,300 + AWS + Annual bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Handle AR, AP & GL duties
Issue credit/debit notes.
Post and apply daily payments.
Generate monthly statements, aging, and sales reports.
Assist in GST and year-end reporting.
Assist in debt collection/credit control.
Perform ad-hoc duties such as applying work permits & MOM-related matters
Requirements:
At least a Nitec in Accounting with 1 years of relevant working experience
Independent and team player
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
