As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support the company’s day-to-day financial operations.

Job Description

  • Prepare full set monthly management account and related schedules timely.

  • Handle day to day account operations and month end closing.

  • Assist in preparation of budget and forecast.

  • Preparation of quarterly GST submission and other statutory tax matters.

  • Prepare require monthly schedules/ reports for yearly and tax purpose.

  • To liaise with external auditors and tax agent for audits and tax related matters.

  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures.

  • Assist in process and system implementation when required; continue to streamline and automate tasks to ensure improvement and efficiencies.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess at least LCCI or Degree/Diploma in Accounting.

  • Minimum 3 years of full set experience.

  • Possess good knowledge in MS Office application.

  • Experience in using ERP would be an advantage.

  • Bilingual in speak in English and Mandarin to communicate with Associates who can only speak Mandarin.

  • Positive attitude with ability works independently, resourceful and detail oriented.

  • Able to commence work ASAP is an added advantage.

Additional Information

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
