An established industry player is seeking a diligent accounting assistant to support daily financial operations. This role involves processing invoices, managing staff expenses, and assisting with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Accountancy or Finance and be proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications. This 6-month contract position offers a dynamic work environment with potential for extension, making it a great opportunity for those looking to advance their career in finance.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and filling.
Input all the suppliers and sub-contractor Invoices into system
Handling staff expenses claim
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Independent Contributor: Hardworking and able to work independently.
Requirements :
Diploma in Accountancy/Finance related
Good with Excel and other MS Office applications
Working Location: Bukit Merah Central
Working Hour: Mon to Fri: 8.30pm to 6pm
The salary range will be up to $3200 depending on the working experience.
Able to contract 6 months contract - subject to extension
