A leading organization is seeking a finance assistant to support account management activities. The role involves resolving account discrepancies, processing applications, and preparing invoices, while offering flexibility in working hours. Ideal candidates should have strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Job Descriptions:
1. Work closely with Accounts Executive to resolve members accounts with discrepancies
2. Process GIRO/credit cards applications and submit deduction to bank
3. Prepare manual or Performa invoice for event billings & corporate account when required government/ statutory board’s events.
4. Perform online submission of invoices
5. Answer member enquiries on account related matters
6. Generate and print monthly statement of accounts
7. Create corporate account for non-member upon request and approval
8. Assist in general filing and storage
9. Assist to submit giro forms, deposit cheques etc
10. Assist to collate capex approval
11. Assist in other ad-duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. At least 1-2 years working experience in Finance
2. Microsoft Office knowledge. Microsoft Excel skills required
3. Able to start immediately
4. Monday - Friday 830am-6pm (Flexibility to work min 3 days)
