ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the accounting transactions in AP & GL are appropriate and properly recorded on timely basis;

  2. Prepare monthly Giro & ad-hoc payment;

  3. Assist on taxation queries and audit schedules and preparation;

  4. Generate PO;

  5. Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe:

  • Cooperate with employers and follow safety and health procedure;

  • Report unsafe acts and incidents;

  • Do not tamper with safety devices or perform wilful or reckless acts;and

  1. Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirements
  • O Level or Certificate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in related field.

  • A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.

  • Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.

  • Competent in MS Office.
