Your Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable:

  • Manage vendor inquiries and reconcile monthly statements to ensure accuracy
  • Process payments including COD transactions
  • Review invoices against Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes; update records in our system
  • Organize and maintain payment vouchers, invoices, and related documents
  • Support other finance tasks as assigned

Accounts Receivable:

  • Handle daily invoicing for corporate accounts and cash sales
  • Upload e-invoices to customer portals, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete
  • Record and reconcile cash sales daily
  • Process AR receipts promptly and raise Debit/Credit Notes when needed
  • Maintain organized AR filing and documentation
  • Assist with additional ad-hoc duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • 2 year of relevant experience
