Job description

The job: -

• Manage a portfolio of accounting, secretarial and tax clients
• Respond to clients' request and queries
• Issuance of sales invoice, payment voucher and other documents
• Data-entry into various accounting systems (Eg: Xero, AutoCount, MS Office etc)
• Preparation of financial reports and accounting schedules
• Online filings of various government agencies (Eg: ACRA BizFile, IRAS Tax portal, CPF portal etc)
• Simple filing and scanning of documents
