Job summary
A local resource management firm in Singapore is looking for an Accounts and Admin Assistant. The role involves assisting in various accounting tasks such as AP and AR, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support. Candidates with a Nitec in Business or Accounting are preferred, but training will be provided. The job requires accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A six-day work week is expected.

Responsibilities
- Assist in various accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Compile and update environmental and operational data.

Accounts:
- Assist in various accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
- Handle petty cash transactions and documentation
Admin:
- Compile and update environmental and operational data
- Input and maintain project schedules and resource allocations
- Support data entry and record keeping for projects and related documents
Other Duties:
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
