Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant. The role involves reconciling invoices, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting monthly bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and at least 3 years of experience in accounting.

Job Description

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Issue invoices to customers as needed.
• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining Customers account.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Processing transactions, issuing payment vouchers, and updating ledgers, etc.
• Oversee AP & AR
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly stock take
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years accounting experience
• Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, Madsoft/QNE accounting programe is an advantage
• Must have a good command of written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work well in a team

5 day week, Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.45 pm

Salary will commensurate with experience
