Accounts Assistant
Central Region – Near Bugis & Suntec City
Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Issue invoices and official receipts for tuition fees
  • Verify and process supplier invoices and staff claims
  • Assist in preparing monthly payment schedules
  • Maintain daily cash and bank books
  • Support GST submission and assist in month-end closing
  • Perform bookkeeping using accounting software
  • Liaise with students, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Handle general office admin and documentation duties
  • Support Finance Manager and perform ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Xero or similar software is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
