Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Process payments, receipts, and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and external financial consultants as needed.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must possess accredited accounting certifications.
  • Candidates with corporate secretary experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Singaporeans/PR are welcome.
