Job description

GRZ Logistics Pte Ltd is a fast-growing logistics company providing seamless supply chain solutions across the world. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance operations. If you have accounting experience and are keen to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Details:

  • Location: Changi Airfreight Centre (airport pass will be arranged upon hire)

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5-day work week

  • Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing of customers using in-house software

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

  • Reconcile bank statements and company credit cards.

  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.

  • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.

  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve accounting queries.

  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance tasks.

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization).

  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • A qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (AAT, ACCA, or similar) is advantageous
