Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accounts payable/receivable records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Min 1 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
