Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
Maintain accounts payable/receivable records.
Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Accounting or related field
Min 1 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
