A leading company in the technology sector is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Department. The successful candidate will handle ledger processing, assist in audits, and prepare financial documents. Ideal for candidates with a diploma in accounting and at least 2 years of experience, offering a dynamic environment for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
• Processing sales & purchase ledgers and assist in month-end closing.
• Process and prepare sales invoices and statement of accounts to customers.
• Process and verify Purchase invoices for payment process.
• Assist in inventory report.
• Assist in yearly audit schedules and audit & tax queries.
• Proper safekeep of accounting records.
• Providing support to Accounting Department.
• Prepare Other Ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
• Min. diploma or Professional Accounting qualification from recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet savvy
• Responsible, motivated, and able to work independently as well as a team
