Overview

CCL Design Singapore is looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to join a growing and expanding organization within the printing/manufacturing industry, and is willing to be part of the Group Finance team to handle all finance matters.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate subledgers, and ensuring data integrity
• Processing payment to vendors
• Supporting month-end and year-end closings
• Prepare and submit weekly treasury report to HQ
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits
• Prepare debit/credit notes when required
• Prepare quarterly GST filing
• Involve in half-yearly stock count
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification/Competency Criteria

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Practical experience of Sage Accpac, Dynamic 365 BC and Hyperion are preferred
• Preferably Singaporean or PR
• Proficient in Excel and English
