Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Checking, verifying, and processing staff expense claims and reimbursements
  • Reviewing and verifying corporate credit card transactions
  • Managing petty cash, including disbursement and posting of transactions into accounting software
  • Handling monthly closing for a small set of accounts
  • Liaising with external parties such as the company secretary, bankers, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders on finance and account-related matters
  • Performing general office administrative duties, including ordering office supplies and pantry items
  • Providing assistance on ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements: -
