A food service company in Singapore is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage payments and handle the full cycle of accounts payable. The candidate should have at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience, a diploma, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. Independent and team-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply for this 5-day work week position.
Responsibilities:
-Managing and reconciling payment for rents, utilities and maintenance
- Handling full cycle of accounts payable
- Invoice processing (Meticulously data-entry all supplier invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner)
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assign by Manager
Requirements:
- Figure sensitive
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience
- Minimum Diploma
- Min/preferred years of working experience: 1 year
- Independent and able to Multi-Task
- Enjoy working with people thrive in team enviroment
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word etc)
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking managers)
- 5 days week (Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm)
