SEJ is one of the largest Singapore Food Solutions Provider and is looking for an Accounts Assistant who is seeking a long term career in Accountancy.

The Accounts Assistant will need to:

• Assist the accounting team with various administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or accounting manager.
• File documents and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure all financial records are organised and easily retrievable.

The Accounts Assistant will be required to

• be willing to work 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
• be able to work as a team and also as an independent individual
• show initiative and willingness to learn
