Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level; LCCI or equivalent in accounting is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresh graduates welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.

Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and assisting with daily accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, good with numbers, and eager to grow in a dynamic automotive industry environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers using accounting software
  • Record payments and update accounts receivable and payable
  • Assist in monitoring outstanding balances and following up with customers for overdue payments
  • Reconcile bank transactions and support month-end closing activities
  • File and maintain accounting documents and records in an orderly manner
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and operations team when required
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal staff on billing and payment matters
  • Assist in preparing simple financial reports and summaries for management review
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level; LCCI or equivalent in accounting is a plus
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresh graduates with relevant studies are welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (QuickBooks, Autocount, etc.)
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers/suppliers)
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (on-site)
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM ( Work From Home )
  • Rest Days: Sunday and all Public Holidays
