Job summary

A well-established fire protection company is looking for an accounting professional to manage full accounts operations. The role involves tasks such as bank reconciliation, GST submissions, and liaising with auditors. Candidates should have a relevant accounting degree, ERP knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency in English for communication, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day AP, AR, and GL.
• Manage GST submissions and liaise with the Tax Agent.
• Assist in year-end audits and maintain financial schedules.

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handle day to day AP, AR, GL
• Prepayment & Accrual Schedule
• Balance Sheet Schedule
• Maintain of Recoverable and Contra account
• Preparing General Journal Voucher for necessary monthly adjustment
• Bank Reconciliation
• Handle quarterly GST submission and liaison with Tax Agent for tax purpose
• Prepare & update Project Job Costing (PJC)
• Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing
• Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidaries
