Job Description
- Handling full sets accounting for the company, timely submission of the monthly closing report to management with analysis and respond immediately to the management if any.
- Perform basic HR function for the company such as recruitment, induction & on-boarding, performance management, compensation & welfare and insurance for the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accounting
- Handling full set accounts
- Year End Audit
- Bank reconciliation
- Update labor & other revenue in sales summary as requested by management
- Liaise with supplier/ customer on the dispute invoice issue
- Prepare vendor reconciliation & payment schedule
- Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation
- Monthly salary and overtime claim preparation
- Filing on employer and employee income tax
- Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned
- Human Resource
- In charge on recruitment for the new employee and the internship student
- Induction & on-boarding for the new join
- Performance management review
- Employee compensation & welfare (Example: warning letter/confirmation letter/ increment and promotion letter)
- Renewal on insurance for the employees (Example: WICA/ FWMI/ corporate insurance)
- Submission & renewal for employee work pass
- Update leave and MC record
- Preparing & submission for CPF
Requirements
- Knowledge
- 5years and above working experience in related field
- Knowledge in accounting skills and sensitive with number
- Basic knowledge for Human Resources
