An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support AR/AP functions and financial reporting. In this role, you will manage invoicing, assist with GST reconciliation, and ensure timely month-end closings. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will be crucial in preparing documents for audits and liaising with external parties. Job Description:
• Perform in AR/AP function (Processing invoice and issue payment voucher)
• Assisting receivables and payable monthly closing.
• Assisting monthly GST reconciliation and submission of quarter GST return.
• Assisting month-end closing activities for financial reporting.
• Perform all administrative and clerical duties (such as filing, photocopying etc)
• Prepares documents and materials for auditing & tax purposes.
• Liaise with external parties for discrepancies matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Good communication skill.
• Able to work on tight deadlines.
