  • Process payments and prepare cheques
  • Support the Accountant in data entry and gathering information for reports
  • Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Process and verify invoices, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and ensure timely payments to vendors
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and verifying supporting documentation
  • Manage A/R and A/P transactions
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks related to accounting as instructed by superiors

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
  • Necessary accounting knowledge
  • At least 1-year experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
